Our honesty promise

We don't run ads from other companies on UpOnly Learning: not on our pages, not in the lessons and not in our emails. There are no affiliate links and no ad trackers.

• We do sell our own lessons, books and memberships, and we tell you about them. That is how UpOnly Learning pays for itself.
• We don't use anything we know about your family to target ads, here or anywhere else.
• We send no notifications to students.

We collect only what we need to run your account, take payment and save your students' progress. We don't sell or rent it, and we don't share it for advertising.

• We don't ask for your student's name. The label and grade for each student are optional, and a nickname or an initial works.
• Accounts are for adults. Students don't create an account or type personal information.
• Google Analytics loads only if you click Accept on the cookie notice. It never runs on the pages students use (lessons, practice sheets, flashcards, printables, progress or rewards). In a browser where your family is signed in, it only counts a completed sign-up or purchase, and only if you accepted our current cookie notice. Separately, our own server keeps daily totals of visits, the link that brought you, sign-ups and orders, without cookies or any identifier.
• The only companies that handle your information are the services that run the site for us (hosting, payments, email and file delivery), under contracts that limit what they can do with it.
• Our emails count opens and clicks so we can improve them. We don't sell that or use it for advertising.
• You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold at any time: email support@uponlylearning.com from your account's email address. Removing a student on the setup page deletes that student's label and grade at once.
• You can also delete your data yourself, from My account.

Our pregnancy and family pages, child development guide, activities guide, Pre-K, Earth and Space, PE, money and geography pages list the sources they are based on, with links, so you can read the original.

• Health pages rely on official and medical sources, and they tell you to talk to your doctor where it matters.
• Every lesson topic is mapped to its official standard code, so you can see what it teaches.

A workbook, digital book, Prepare book or flashcard set you buy is yours to keep, for your household, whether or not you are a member, unless the payment is charged back. When we improve it, the updated version is saved in your account at no extra charge.

• Members always get the latest lessons and practice as we improve them.
• New grades join Every Step plans at no extra cost as we publish them.
• Retiring a bundle or an offer doesn't take away something you already bought.

Every price is in US dollars and shown before you pay. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout before you confirm.

• Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel, and checkout says so. Your renewal date is always in your account.
• Cancel anytime in your account. There is no fee, we do not ask why, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Every Step Lifetime, books and passes are one payment. They don't renew, and there is nothing to cancel.
• If we ever change the price of a plan you already have, we email you at least 30 days before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.
• All sales are final, and we say so before you pay. Read a free sample first, so you know what you are buying.
• Lifetime lasts for as long as UpOnly Learning offers the program. If we ever close, we give at least 60 days' notice so you can save what you need.

We check every lesson, question and answer key, and we still get things wrong sometimes. We would rather tell you than pretend.

• When you send us a mistake, we fix it, and the correction goes live in the on-screen lessons right away.
• Our free checks and the free placement test are a starting point for learning, not a school grade and not a medical or psychological assessment.
• Health pages give general information, not medical advice.
• We do not promise better grades or test scores. Every student learns differently.
