Chapter 1Front Gate

It is a sunny Sunday morning. Sam, Aunt Mila and cousin Nico walk up to the gate of Wonder Hill Park.

Leo the park guide gives Sam a stamp card. "Get a stamp at every ride, and fill the card before the fireworks," he says.

"First, put your fingers on the home row," says Leo. "Every ride starts from the gate, and every key starts from home."

The gate swings open, and music fills the air.

Nico grabs Sam's hand and pulls her toward the rides.

Chapter 2Star Train

The first ride is the Star Train, a little red train that chugs up and around a small hill.

"Reach up to the top row, like the train going up the hill," says Leo. "Then come back home."

The train toots and rolls back into the station.

Leo puts the first stamp on Sam's card: a tiny red train.
